💡 What's superannuation?
Your employer puts extra money (12% of your pay) into a retirement fund for you. You don't see it in your bank account — it goes to a super fund. It's legally required and it's on top of your hourly rate, not taken out of it. Think of it as money you can't touch until you're ~60, but it grows over time.
📋 Checklist for your first paycheck:

✅ Give your employer your TFN
✅ Choose a super fund (or they'll pick one)
✅ Download your payslip and check the numbers
✅ Check your super is actually being paid (give it a few months then check at myGov)
